PRECURSOR TO SUCCESS

Verse of the Day

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

Josh.1.8;

Discussion

Every man is born with a desire to succeed in life. Success is different for each person. Some only focus on material possessions and career advancements. Others have their focus on successfully raising a family. Yet, true success is in accomplishing the Creator's original design. Following God's plan for your life should be the goal of every believer. Finding God's plan for your life does not require any spiritual weirdness at all. It simply requires walking in close fellowship with God. This is done by an active praying and studying life. The more you fellowship with God, the more you'll know what He wants you to do. It's really that simple. Now, as you know what he wants you to do and His grand plan for your life, success is not guaranteed unless you constantly meditate on His word.

Meditation is precursor to manifestation. What you meditate on, is what you will do. Your life will always eventually go in the direction of your dominant thoughts. Josh.1.7-8; "Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest. This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success." Therefore, your life isn't the outcome of events and happenings, but the expressions of your meditations. What you're thinking, and what you're saying, are far more powerful than what happened to you.

Meditation is the combination of thoughts and words. These create actions. Think and speak God's words continually, and you'll find yourself acting in compliance with His word. This is success.
