DISCUSSION:
Let's look at two additional weightier matters of this kingdom; Isa.55.12; "You will live in joy and peace. The mountains and hills will burst into song, and the trees of the field will clap their hands!" The book of Romans 14:17 says; "For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost." These are weightier matters. Sometimes we get so anxious trying to solve our problems. Churches are full of people desperately looking for solution to one problem or the other. The focus is largely on meat and drink (that is provision of the physical things of life). But the bible says we ought to give more attention to the weightier things like joy and peace. Instead of being anxious, focus on allowing the word of God stir up joy on your inside. Instead of panicking, focus on allowing God's word through prayer fill you up with peace. Joy and peace are result producers, and many aren't aware of this. Whatever you have peace and joy about, will not fail to manifest in your life. The answers to your prayers will first come to you as peace and joy before they come as testimony. If you fail to allow that peace and joy have their way in you, your expected testimony is at risk of being aborted. Phil.4.6-7; "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Peace is God's response to our prayers. When we give peace and joy free course in our hearts and our lips, we produce good fruit and positive results in our lives: Isa.55.13; "Where once there were thorns, cypress trees will grow. Where briers grew, myrtles will sprout up. This miracle will bring great honor to the LORD's name..."NLT. Thorns and briers are unpleasant plants, but cypress trees and myrtles are desirable trees. Where you formerly had unpleasant experiences, fruitful testimonies will erupt. This will happen because you gave vent to peace and joy. In everything you do today, choose to allow peace and joy reign in your heart. I see mighty testimonies coming to you! Shalom Uvracha!
